The Hotel Old Dutch is a traditional style hotel with a gabled roof, situated by the harbour in the fishing village of Volendam, 20 kilometres from Amsterdam. The 32 guestrooms have simple decor and furnishings in white with patterned bedspreads and curtains and carpeted floors. All guestrooms have hair dryers, clock radios, telephones, satellite television and bathrooms with showers.

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is approximately 32 kilometres and a 30 minute drive from the hotel. Taxis, buses and trains to Amsterdam Central Station can be found at the airport. From Central Station, bus number 110 runs to Volendam.
