The Warsteiner Hof is a Bavarian style corner hotel in the centre of Cologne 300 metres from Koeln Muelheim Station, two kilometres from the cathedral. The 36 guestrooms feature simple modern decor with functional furnishings and large windows. All are equipped with cable television, clock radios, direct dial phones with free local calls, safes, high speed Internet, coffee/tea makers, complimentary newspapers and desks. Bathrooms are complete with shower/tub combos, hair dryers and makeup mirrors.

Regional and high speed European network trains serve the airport. Taxis are readily available outside Terminals 1 and 2 and cost 35 euros to the hotel. Airport shuttles are available to/from Cologne and Bonn every 15 minutes during the week, and every 30 minutes at the weekend. Guests can take a train from the airport to the main station Koeln HBF, then a connecting train to Koeln Muelheim or the subway number 17 or 18. The hotel is 300 metres from Koeln Muelheim station. All transport facilities (bus, tram, tube and the RE (RegionalExpress), RB (RegionalBahn) and S (S Bahn) trains can be used with compound tickets which are issued by the Verkehrsverbund Rhein Sieg (VRS).
From the airport take the A3 motorway and exit at Mulheim. Follow directions to Mulheim/Messe and after two kilometres turn left, (there is a fuel station on the left hand side), into Rendsburger Platz. Drive straight on and the hotel is 300 metres down the road on the left.
